Elizabeth Ferguson
CEO, Publisher
Elizabeth started her career as the Technical Editor for the Journal of Biological Psychiatry, before becoming an Acquisitions Assistant to Curators of the Beinecke Library where she studied literature and history. Her literary influences range from Oliver Goldsmith's cohort, to the Hudson River School, and Thomas Wolf and Mary Renault. She has also worked in international Economic Development and Trans-Atlantic Diplomacy for over 10 years, as an advisor to Jake Sullivan. She has been a mentor through the Yale Alumni Association, and classmates who are Emmy Award Winners, Bestsellers, and Pulitzer Prize Winners.
Elizabeth is the original Fire Dragon, her Chinese Zodiac sign.

Tife Akin-Akintunde
Executive Director Marketing & Growth
Boluwatife Adebowale Akin-Akintunde is a communications and marketing professional with a strong foundation in brand strategy, storytelling, and organizational leadership. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, a Master of Science in Communication, and is completing his MBA in strategic management and marketing analytics.
Originally from Switzerland, Boluwatife’s career bridges creative media, entrepreneurship, and corporate communications. His early work as a published journalist for a major New York City fashion magazine sharpened his instinct for narrative and audience connection. Since then, he has led marketing campaigns that strengthen brand visibility, engagement, and growth, including work with the United Nations General Assembly.
Outside of work, Boluwatife is a passionate footballer and lifelong learner, committed to the intersection of creativity, culture, and business innovation.


David Jolly
Editor
D I Jolly is a multi-award winning South African author living in Germany. To date he has 11 publications which range from award winning short story collections, and paranormal romance to dark psychological thrillers and even a high-fantasy adventure. Additionally to that, he was the story writer on 'Nexus 5X' sci-fi strategy game set in the Stellaris universe, and is the founder and host of Poetry Club, a writing event in Berlin since 2016.


Shima David
Tech Product Manager
Shima Kashani Javid is a multilingual data analyst and entrepreneur based in Germany. Originally from Iran, she combines a background in international trade, education, and retail management with new expertise in Python, SQL, and data visualization. At the press, she supports licensing and market development through data-driven insights and analytics, helping the team identify readership trends and growth opportunities.

Komal Jatoi
Licensing and Non-Fiction Editor
Based in Germany and originally from Vancouver, Canada, Komal Jatoi is a lawyer and independent editor who bridges law and literature. She oversees rights management and nonfiction editorial development, drawing on her background in environmental and regulatory law to bring analytical precision and ethical clarity to every project. She will focus on North America, South East Asia, and Non-fiction.


Jason O'Toole
Advisor and Contributing Editor
Joining as an Advisor and contributor to our Editing team, Jason O'Toole is a best-selling author of ten non-fiction titles published by major mainstream publishers and the director of the three-part docuseries Confessions of a Crime Boss, currently streaming on Amazon Prime Video UK. He also authored the book tie-in, The Gilligan Tapes, for the documentary.
As a ghostwriter, he has produced several titles, including two that reached #1 and #2 on The Irish Times bestseller list.
He has co-written or ghostwritten titles for prominent figures, including senior politicians, business figures, and celebrities.
Under his own name, his work includes the biography of an Irish Prime Minister for Transworld and a book on boxer Katie Taylor,
Three collections of his journalism have been published in Ireland and the USA, and excerpts from his books have appeared in anthologies such as Be Inspired: Gems of Irish Publishing (Publishing Ireland, 2009) and Lord of the Files (Irish Academic Press, 2010).
He has held senior editorial positions at national newspapers and magazines and served as a book publisher.
